摘要
本文给出两级射频中继卡的设计方案,中继卡阅读器部分采用反向散射调制技术完成从包装射频卡到读写器的数据传输,接收机采用零中频直接变频方案,电路简化,可有效地降低成本。重点设计了中继卡数据载体部分的射频接口各组成部分电路。测试结果表明,该方案满足实际集装箱识别的应用系统的要求。
The design scheme of a two-step RFID card is given in the paper. The backscatter modulation technique is used to transmit the data to the reader of the two-step RFID card from the wrapping card. The zero IF technology is used in the receiver which can simplify the reader circuit and reduce cost significantly. The main focus of the design is RF interface circuit of the two-step RFID card. The experiment results show that the design scheme can fully satisfy the need of the practical auto-id container.
