摘要
本文介绍了电主轴单元的工作原理及结构特点,探讨了电主轴设计与生产的关键技术,对电主轴散件装配的工艺进行研究,为工厂在设计电主轴并进行装配提供依据及切实可行的工艺规程。
The working principle and the structural features of High-speed Electrical Spindle are introduced. Analyses the characteristics of spindle and the influence of heat produced by motor and beading on the spindle precision,and accomplishes the structure design of the key technology for manufacturing the High-speed Electrical Spindle and assembly process are discussed.
