摘要 研究了热压烧结的LAS微晶玻璃的化学成分、热压制度和热处理对材料致密度、析晶性能、力学性能及热膨胀系数的影响。结果表明,加热速度对材料致密化过程有重要的影响,快速升温有利于致密度的提高;热压态材料以卜β-锂辉石为主晶相,当Li2O/Al2O3<1时,析晶量随Al2O3/SiO2减小而降低,而当Li2O/Al2O3<0.2时,析晶量又有所回升;材料的力学性能取决于致密度和析晶程度,随致密度和析晶度的增大而提高;热膨胀系数则主要取决于析晶度,随析晶度的增大而降低,1100℃热处理增加了析晶度,降低了热膨胀系数。 The effects of compositions, sintering parameters and heat treatment on the densification, crystallization, mechanical properties and coefficient of thermal expansion (TCE) of the LAS (Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2) glass-ceramics were studied. The results have showed that the heating rates affect the densification severely and the rapid heating is in favour of the improvement of densification. The main crystal phase in as-sintered specimens is β-spondumene, and the crystallinity decreases with decreasing Al2O3/SiO2 ratio, but slightly increases when Al2O3/SiO2 is less than 0. 2. The mechanical properties depend on the relative density and crystallinity. The TCE is determined mainly by the crystallinity and decreases with the increasing of crystallinity. Heat treatment at 1100°C promotes the crystallization and therefore lowers the TCE of the specimen.
