摘要
我国零售业的对外开放无论从总量还是从主要开放城市看,都是有序进行的。当前,由于取消了对外资商业的地域、股权和数量限制,各种类型的外资商业快速发展。为促进我国零售业对外开放的健康发展,政府调控零售市场的政策手段有待完善。
The opening of China＇s retail industry has been in a good order from either the aggregate or individual main opening cities. Currently, due to the elimination of the restrictions in district, equity and quantity for foreign capital businesses, various types of foreign capital businesses are booming. In order to promote a healthy development of China＇s retail industry opening to the world, the government needs to improve the policy instrument to regulate and control retail market.
