摘要
在系列温度下测定了WCF62厚板的冲击韧度,结果表明按TL方向取样时WCF62厚板具有优异的低温冲击断裂性能,但板厚方向S(Z向试样)的冲击韧度偏低,形成了强烈的反差,Z向性能差的主要原因是钢中存在按轧向稀散分布着的晶界弱化区引发的沿晶断裂,其次是按轧向稀散分布着的成片富集的颗粒状非金属夹杂物,因此应进一步降低钢中的夹杂物含量,并改变其分布形态以改善板厚方向的性能。
The V-Charpy impact absorbed energies of the thick plate of WCF62 steel were measured under various temperatures.The results indicated that the impact properties were excellent if the specimens were sampled in the direction of TL.But in striking contrast,the inferior properties were obtained from the specimens with the thickness orientation because there were the weakened grain boundary zones distributed sparsely in the rolling direction of the steel,which resulted in the intergranular fracture.In addition,the grain-like non-metallic inclusions gathered in flake pattern inside the crystal grains.Therefore the impurities should be removed further from the steel and the distribution pattern of the impurities should be altered in order to improve the properties of thickness orientation.
