摘要
综述了碳对铸铁导热性的影响规律,认为碳的存在形式、数量和形状对铸铁导热性有决定性的影响:铸铁导热性随石墨量增加而增加,随碳化物量增加而减少;石墨和碳化物的形状也有很大影响,石墨呈片状、碳化物呈板状和块状对铸铁导热性较有利。碳对铸铁导热性的影响随温度升高而减小。
The influence of carbon on thermal conductivity of cast iron has been reviewed in detail in the paper. The thermal conductivity of cast iron greatly depended on the existing forms,quantity and shapes of carbon.It increased as the quantity of graphite increased and decreased as the quantity of carbide increased.It varied with the shapes of graphite and carbide to a great extent.The flaky graphite and plate-like carbide were good to the thermal conductivity of cast iron. As the temperature rised,the effec of carbon on thermal conductivity would diminish.
