摘要
研究了低温晶粒微细化处理工艺,金相法实验结果表明,采用一次低温晶粒微细化处理工艺,可使Q45CrNiMoVA钢过热组织晶粒度从-3级上升到8级;为后续的调质处理作组织准备,与正常组织工件相比,最终热处理的变形量及力学性能指标相同。
This paper studied the technology of fining grain at lower temperature.The results from the metallographic experiments showed that after the technology of fining grain was adopted the overheated microstructure of Q45CrNiMoVA steel could be improved from-3 grade to & grade,andthe final deformation and mechanical properties were as same as those of the workpiece with normal microstructure.
