摘要
对经高温淬火加高温回火强韧化处理的3C2W8V钢模具进行了离子渗氮。利用金相、X射线衍射分析、扫描电子显微镜等手段研究了渗氮层的组织、相组成及其磨损机理。结果表明,3Cr2W8V钢模具强韧化处理后再经离子渗氮处理,可在保持基体良好的强韧性、耐热疲劳性的同时,提高表面硬度和耐磨性能,使模具使用寿命大幅度提高。
Cr2W8V steel dies strengthened and toughened with high temperature hardening and high temperature temper were ionic nitrided.The morphologies,phase structures and abrasive mechanism of nitrided layer were investigated with optical microscope,SEM and X-ray diffraction analysis.The results showed that the ionic nitriding can raise the dies' surface hardness and wear resistance on the basis of maintaining the good strength-toughness and heat fatigue resistance of matrix and greatly prolong the dies'service life.
