摘要
采用搅融混合-半固态挤压方法,复合成形硅线石颗粒/LY12复合材料,并对其进行了摩擦学性能测定。通过对摩擦形貌的扫描电镜、X射线分析,研究了材料的摩擦磨损机理。同ZQSn6-6-3材料摩擦学性能相比较,表明硅线石颗粒/LY12复合材料具有广泛的应用前景。
Particulate-reinforced sillimanite/2024 Al composite was manufactured by stir-mixing and the subsequent semi-solid extrusion process.The friction and wear properties-of the composite were experimentally investigated and the mechanism of friction and wear was studied by SEM observation and X-ray diffraction analysis.On the basis of a comparision of the friction and wear properties between the sillimanite/2024 Al COmposite and the ZQSn6-6-3,the composite is expected to possess good application prospect.
