摘要
校企合作中的德育研究,是在传统德育理念、模式、方式和途径已不能满足高职教育对人才培养需要的历史背景下提出的,其德育特点表现为:德育理念和工作体系的开放性,学生作为德育对象的主体地位得以提升;德育在特定的实践情境中进行;渗透法成为德育的主要途径;德育内容更倾向于职业、企业文化、法制、纪律方面;德育评价主体拓展到有关部门和企业人员,评价手段更加多元化。
The research of moral education in the cooperation between school and corporation are brought forward in the historical background of that traditional ideas, model, mode and approach .of moral education can not satisfy talents cultivation need, and the characteristics of which are: the openness of moral education ideas and working system; the subjective status of students of moral education can be advanced; moral education is carried out in particular practice situation; the penetration method become main approach of moral education; the content of moral education pay more attention to occupation, corporation culture, legal system and discipline; the evaluation subject of moral education extend to relative sectors and coperation personnel; the evaluation measures are more diversified.
