摘要
在科学发展观的指导下，职业院校要提高对职业教育的使命和功能定位的认识。把满足企业需要作为职业院校一切工作的出发点和落脚点，以复合型师资队伍的建设为支撑，将学校职业教育与培训的功能定位融入企业价值链，通过建立新的管理模式和绩效考核指标，增强服务企业的能力，并在人才培养过程中突出职业能力和素质教育两个目标。
Under the direction of scientific development view, vocational schools should increase the recognization of vocational education mission and functional orientation, take meeting the demand of corporations as the starting point of all work, and the construction of composite teaching staff as the support, integrate the functional orientation of vocational education and training of school into corporation value chain, increase the abilities of serving corporation by establishing new management model and performance-oriented evaluation index, stand out two objectives of professional ability and quality education in talents cultivation process.
