摘要
目前,城乡一体化交通网络的主框架已基本形成,极大地方便了农民群众的生产生活和出行,推动了农村经济的发展,但随着农村公路建设的快速发展,农村公路管理、养护滞后的问题已十分突出,因此,探索农村公路养护管理体制和运行机制,不断提高农村公路养护管理水平成了当务之急。
At present, the main frame for integration of urban and rural has come into being. It offers convenience for producing and traveling of peasant, drives the development of rural economy. However, with the rapid developing of rural road construction, problems in rural road administration and lagging of maintenance are standing out. Therefore, it is urgent to probe into the running mechanism and administration system and improve the administration level of rural road maintenance.
