摘要
目的:观察苍耳子软膏治疗生殖器疱疹的临床疗效。方法:外用苍耳子软膏治疗由HSV-Ⅱ(单纯疱疹Ⅱ型病毒)所致生殖器疱疹62例,并与阿昔洛韦软膏治疗64例进行疗效比较。结果:苍耳子软膏组总有效率91·94%,阿昔洛韦软膏组总有效率92·22%,2组间疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0·05)。结论:苍耳子软膏可用于治疗生殖器疱疹,其疗效与阿昔洛韦软膏相当。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of siberian cocklebur fruit ointment in the treatment of genital herpes.METHODS： 62 patients with genital herpes induced from herpes simplex virus type 2 were treated with siberian cocklebur fruit ointment by external application, the clinical efficacy of which were compared with that of the control group（64 cases）, whom were treated with aciclovir ointment .RESULTS： The total effective rate was 91.94% in siberian cocklebur fruit ointment treatment group and that of acyclovir ointment control group was 92.22%, no significant difference was noted between 2 groups（P〉0.05） .CONCLUSION：Siberian cocklebur fruit ointment is applicable for the treatment of genital herpes, with its clinical efficacy equivalent to aciclovir ointment.
