摘要
研究了用三元尼龙以共混法和共聚法两种方式改性的酚醛树脂.结果表明,并聚改性远优于共混改性.共聚改性的酚醛树脂体系中,分散相三元尼龙颗粒细小均匀,分散相与连续相有良好的相容性,可大幅度提高其玻璃纤维增强塑料的力学性能,除能用于模压成型外,并能适用于注射成型,有着广阔的应用前景.
For toughening phenolic resin in fibreglass reinforced plastics used for injection moiding process, much research has been done on finding high-quality and low-cost toughening agents. This paper presents a terpolymide, nylon 66 (polyhexamethylene adipamide)/ nylon 6(polycapractam)/MXD-10 [poly (m-xylyene adipamide)] , used to modify phenolic resin by two methods, physical mixture and copolymerization. The. results show that repolyamide in the copolymeratiion system toughens phenolic resing and improves the mechanical properties of fibreglass reinforced plastics much better than in the mixture. Fibreglass reinforced phenolic plastics modified by terpolyamide possess broad prospects for its high processability that fits for not only injection molding but also pressure molding.
