摘要
目的与方法：本文采用化学比色法观察了386例正常人血清唾液酸的频率分布与正常值范围.结果与结论：总体（386例）唾液酸平均水平为2.13±0.272mmol/L;其中男性为2.15±0.253mmol/L（193例）,女性2.13±0.292mmol/L （193例）.性别间无统计学差异（P〉0.05）,总体血清唾液酸服从正态分布,参考值范围为1.61～2.67mmol/L.
Objective and Methods ： We tested the frequency distribution and the range of normal values of the sialic acid concentration in 386 normal human serum samples by chemical colorimeter. Results and Conclusion： The average concentration was 2. 13 ± 0. 272mmol/L in total samples; among these, male was 2. 15 ±0. 253mmol/L （ 193 cases）, female was 2. 13 ±0. 292mmol/L （ 193 cases）. There has no gender differences between them （ P 〉 0. 05）, total sialic acid follow normal distribution, the range of reference values is 1.61 -2. 67mmol/L.
