摘要
介绍了在线振动监测系统在马钢高速线材轧机上的应用,并对预精轧机和减定径机两起案例的诊断、处理和技术改造过程进行了分析。实践证明,在线监测技术是保证设备稳定运行,实现预知维修的可靠保障。
The application of the online vibration monitoring system in high speed wire rod mills of Maashan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd. was presented. The procedures of diagnosis, disposal and technical reconstruction of two cases of the prefinishing mill and reducing and sizing mill were analyzed. The practice showed that the online monitoring technology was the reliable guarantee of stable operation and realization of predictive maintenance of plants.
