摘要
法学话语具有明显的形式化特点,由于法学话语涉及现实世界,它与一般形式化系统有所不同,三段论在法学话语中的运用具有特殊性。形式化对于法律功能的发挥具有重要意义。
Formalization is an obvious characteristic of the legal discourse. The legal discourse is different from general system of formalization because it is system of the factual world. Syllogism reasoning has its specialty in the legal discourse. Formalization is important to law.
