摘要
宪法中的民主不仅意味着少数人对多数人的服从,而且也体现着对少数的保护;民主不仅反映着人们的实体权利,而且也是一种权力运作和社会矛盾的调解机制。要实现宪法民主必须大力发展商品经济,结合具体的国情培养和实现“民主文化”。
Democracy in constitution not only means the minority of people＇s observance to the majority one, but also embodies a protection of the minority part of the people. Democracy not only reflects people＇s actual rights, but also acts as a compromising mechanism to adjust power implementation and social contradictory. To realize constitutional democracy requires us to strongly develop commodity economy, and build or realize ＂democratic culture＂ in reference to real situation of the country.
