摘要
近年来公务员考试已成为中国竞争最激烈的考试,“考公务员热”现象背后有其深刻而复杂的社会原因,这一现象已产生了双重的社会效应。报考者必须端正报考目的,树立正确的职业价值观。高校加强行政伦理责任教育、政府完善公务员管理与监督体制也是对这一现象的理性选择。
Examination for public servant has become the most fiercely competed exam in China over recent years. Such a hot phenomenon of examination might be attributed to some deep and complicated social reasons in China. It has resulted in a dual effect of support and negation over the Chinese society. The examinees should have a rational motivation to participate in this examination, and establish a correct value conception of their vocational career.Strengthening education in administrative responsibility of ethics and consummating the system of management and supervision over public servant might be taken as a rational reflection on this phenomenon and an appropriate measure against it.
