摘要
围绕智能医用激光外科设备的研制,研究了连续Nd:YAG固体激光器0~100W输出功率的稳定性问题。特别对几种不同腔型及不同膜层材料的双椭圆柱聚光器对功率稳定性的影响进行了实验分析,从而确定了最佳选用方案。使功率稳定度限定在±2%以内。
Stability of output in the range of 0~100 watts from an intelligence CW Nd:YAG laser which used as a surgical equipment is analyzed. Effects of different cavity configurations as well as various films coated on the double elliptical-cylindrical cavity to the stability are experimentally investigated.Based on those analyses, the optimum scheme for stabilizing output is defined.The scheme can make stability of the output power keep in the ranges of ±2%.
