对涡旋盘加工过程中出现的各种超差现象进行了详细的分析，并给出了可能的误差原因诊断解，便于在实际加工中合理地安排生产，及时解决出现的加工质量问题。
The phenomenon of machining error of scroll plate has been analyzed in detail. The possible diagnosis results has been proceeded.Thus it is helpful for management of machining process and assurance of machining quality.
