摘要
介绍了江苏贾汪电厂135 MW机组HG-440/13.7-L.YM12型锅炉采用热烟气进行低温烘炉的基本方法,阐述了烘炉前的准备工作、烘炉的主要过程、烘炉的效果及出现的主要问题。在对1号炉烘炉工作进行总结的基础上,对2号炉烘炉方法进行了改进,并取得了明显的效果,对其他工程有借鉴作用。
This paper introduces the basic method of hot-gas Refractory Material Baking in a power plant. On the basis of experience in No. 1 boiler, some improvements were made on the baking method and achieved good results. It can be taken as a reference for other projects.
