嗜热菌BAE2产生热稳定的淀粉酶,研究表明它的最适温度为85℃,在pH5~9的范围内酶活力有很高的稳定性,在无添加剂存在的情况下,酶于80℃稳定,通过添加乙二醇、甘油、甘露醇及聚乙二醇6000,可使酶于90℃非常稳定。
Thermophile BAE, produces thermostable amylase. This enzyme has the optimal reaction temperature of 85℃, and stable in pH range of 5-9. The enzyme is stable at 80℃ in the absence of any stable additive, however it's very stable at 90-℃ when in the presence of organic additives such as ethanol glycol, glycerol, and PEG6000.
