摘要
目的:探讨小梁切除术联合羊膜移植术治疗常规手术失败后的难治性青光眼的可行性。方法:对11例(11眼)曾按常规手术失败的青光眼患者施行小梁手术,术中联合羊膜移植。结果:术后6个月,眼压与术前相比,明显下降,差异均有显著意义(P<0.01);结论:小梁切除术联合羊膜移植术治疗常规手术失败的难治性青光眼是一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To prove the safety and effect of trabecular surgery with amniotic membrane implant in the treatment of the refractory glaucoma which have failed in the routine surgery. Methods Trabecular surgery with amniotic membrane implant was performed on the 11 patients（lleyes）who have had failed in the routine surgery. Results Intraocular pressure in 6 months after the operation was significantly different from that before operation （P〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Trabecular surgery with amniotic membrane implant is a safe and effective method to treat the refractory glaucoma that has failed in the routine surgery.
