摘要
“三农”问题是我国国民经济发展的重中之重,而农民增收问题不仅关系经济社会的良性发展,而且对于构建社会主义和谐社会也至关重要。为此,本文从和谐社会视角出发,着重阐述了农民增收的重要性、制约农民增收的因素、农民增收的途径三个问题。
＂Agriculture, Ruralarea and peasants＂ is the most important center of our national economy; but the prasants＇ income supplement is not only related to economic development, but also related to the socialist harmonious society, the thesis emphatically elaborates its importance, the restricted factors, and the way to realize the income supplement.
