摘要
建设资源节约型社会,必须坚持两个着力点:一是建立和形成低投入、低消耗、低排放和高效率的节约型增长方式;二是建立和形成健康文明、节约资源型的消费模式,这是建设资源节约型社会的关键环节。
For eonstmcting resource saving society it is necessary to persist in two stress points, they are： 1. Set up and form a saving type and increasing mode of low investment, low consumpotion, low drainage and high efficiency. 2. Set up and form a healthy,civilized and resource-saving eonsumed mode,which is the key link to the eonstruction of a resource saving type society.
