摘要
目的观察卡托普利、安体舒通、黄芪治疗慢性肺心病、心力衰竭疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为两组。对照组给予一般治疗和强心、利尿等常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用卡托普利、安体舒通、黄芪,3周后观察比较组的疗效。结果治疗组显效20例,有效12例,总有效率91.4%;对照组显效12例,有效8例,总有效率57.1%,两组的疗效有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论卡托普利、安体舒通、黄芪治疗慢性肺心病合并右心衰疗效明显,可改善心功能,缩短心衰时间。
Objective To observe the effects of eaptopril antisterone Huangqi when used in treating chronic cor pulmonale with heart dysfunction. Methods The patients with chronic cot pulmonale and heart dysfunction were divided into two group： the treatment group of 35 patients were treated with captopril antisterone Huangqi, composed of aminophylline and furosemide. The control group of 35 patients had regular treatment without eaptopril antisterone Huangqu. The heart functions were evaluated three weeks after the treatment for both groups. Results The heart functions improved in three weeks for both groups. However, the rate of efficiency in the controls was 57. 1% and for the treatment group, the rate was 91.4% ： P 〈 0. 005. Conclusion Captopril antisterone Huangqi is effective in improving the heart functions of the patients who have chronic cot pulmonale. It has also few side effects.
