摘要
目的探讨WAYWIN-2000型全自动内镜灭菌器在纤支镜检查中的消毒效果。方法将纤支镜及附件放置于内镜灭菌器内,微电脑处理,灭菌过程全自动化,30min内完成灭菌。取此方法100例,与戊二醛消毒100例对照研究。结果全自动内镜灭菌器具有高效、省时、操作简单、无毒无害等优点。结论运用WAYWIN-2000型全自动内镜灭菌器对纤支镜消毒灭菌,能有效控制纤支镜术后医院感染,满足医院的需要。
Objective To study the effects of Type WAYWIN-2000 automatic sterilizer for endoscope in bronchofiberscopy examination. Methods Used bronchofiberscope and appendixes were put into the tested sterilizer and processed with computer for automatic cleaning and sterilization for 30 minutes. In comparison, 100 controls were disinfection with 2% glutaraldehyde. Both were used in the bronchofiberscopy examination, Results WAYWIM-2000 with automatic cleaning system was highly efficient and easy to operate. It saved time and disinfected the bronchofiberscope effectively. Conclusion The automatic sterilizer of WAYWIN-2000 is good equipment for the purpose of disinfection.
