摘要
国民政府推行边疆教育的政策顺应了历史潮流,将教育的现代化推向了边疆民族地区,对边疆的开发、国防的巩固具有积极意义。多种因素促使国民政府在甘宁青等地推行边疆教育,在推行的过程中体现出了因地制宜、注重实用性等特点。边疆教育的推行对甘宁青地区的发展产生了一定的积极影响。
The paper holds that the educational policies implemented by the Nationalistic government in the frontier areas are significant in the reinforcement of national defense and economic and social development of the northwestern frontier. Various factors urged the nationalistic government to promote general education in such provinces as Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia and its influence on these areas is not to be ignored.
