摘要
目的:探讨单相抑郁与双相抑郁障碍的临床特征的异同。方法:以单相抑郁35例和双相抑郁32例为研究对象,对两者一般资料及临床特征进行对照分析,在治疗前及治疗6周后用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)比较两者疗效。结果:单相抑郁患者中家族史阳性率高,自杀行为及焦虑激越突出,治疗6周总有效率为74.3%。而双相抑郁患者中伴精神病性症状,精神运动性迟滞突出,治疗6周后总有效率为53.1%。结论:单相抑郁与双相抑郁临床特征有所不同,单相抑郁治疗效果更好,支持两者为异源性疾病的观点。
Objective：To study the difference in the clinical feature of unipolar and bipolar depression. Methods：32 patients with unipolar depression and 35 patients with bipolar depression were compared to their clinical features and general means. At the time of admission and after 6 weeks treatment, HAMD scale were assessed in all patients and the total score of HAMD were compared. Resuits： The family history and suicidal behavior and anxiety were obvious with unipolar, but psychotic symptoms and psychomotor retardation were obvious with bipolar depression. The total effective rate after 6weeks was 74.3% with unipolar depression, but was 53.1% with bipolar depression. Conclusions： The clinical feature of unipolar and bipolar depression was different. The curative effect of unipolar depression was better to bipolar depression. We support the viewpoint that unipolar depression is different to bipolar depression.
