摘要
目的:探讨精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症三种精神疾病的心理防御方式的特点。方法:运用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对精神分裂症患者100例、抑郁症60例、焦虑症40例和正常对照30例进行评定。结果:成熟防御因子得分由高到低排序为:精神分裂症、正常对照组、抑郁症、焦虑症;不成熟防御因子得分由高到低排序为:精神分裂症、焦虑症、抑郁症、正常对照组;中间型防御因子得分由高到低排序为:精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症、正常对照组;掩饰因子得分由高到低排序为:焦虑症、正常对照组、精神分裂症、抑郁症。除掩饰因子外,精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症患者与正常对照组之间,各种防御方式的得分差异都有显著性意义。精神分裂症患者与正常对照组在掩饰因子上的得分差异无显著性意义;两两比较发现,抑郁症患者与正常对照组在成熟防御因子上的得分差异无显著性意义,其余各种因子得分,在精神分裂症、抑郁症、焦虑症与正常对照组两两之间的差异均有显著性意义。结论:三种疾病患者都采取了与正常人不一样的心理防御方式来应对冲突。不同的疾病采取的心理防御方式也是不一样的,但没有发现某种疾病与某种特定的防御方式之间存在必然的联系。
Objective：To explore characters of Psychological Defense styles in patients with schizophrenia,depression disorder and anxiety disorder. Methods ：Patients with schizophrenia （ n= 100） , depression disorder（ n = 60 ） , anxiety disorder （ n = 40 ） and matched controls （ n = 30 ） were measured by the defense styles Questionnaire （DSQ）. Results： According to the order from high to low, scores of the mature defense were schizophrenia group, normal group, depression group, and anxiety group, scores of the immature styles were schizophrenia group, anxiety group, depression group and normal group, scores of the neurotic styles were schizophrenia group, depression group, anxiety group and normal group. The scores were significantly different in psychological defense styles between the three groups and the control group. Conclusions： The Psychological Defense styles in three groups are different from control group and among themselves. But, the necessary relationship between the Defense Style and the disease has not been found.
