摘要
介绍了针对S3C 44B0X处理器构架的嵌入式系统中,一种F lash文件系统的设计方案及其工作过程.对F lash读写速度慢和擦除次数有限进行重点解决.并通过在K 9F2808U 0C中的具体实现,说明其可行性.
In this paper, it introduces a kind of design scheme of Flash file system which aims to embedded system based on S3C44B0X processor. And the study solve the problems of Flash＇s low working speed and erasure times limit especially. The feasibility is showed after realization in K9F2808U0C.
