气液两相流强化膜分离工艺的应用分析 被引量:5

摘要 膜分离技术是一种高效、低能耗和易操作的分离技术,在水处理领域的应用范围和规模日益扩大,但膜的污染问题制约了其在实际工程中的广泛应用.文章介绍了目前强化膜过滤的常用方法,分析了气液两相流强化过滤的机理和应用研究的现状以及可能存在的问题.气液两相流强化膜过滤的方法在水处理领域将获得越来越广泛的应用. As a high efficient, low energy expense and easily operated separation technology, membrane separation technology has been widely and large-scale used in the water treatment, but membrane pollution is a bottleneck in its use. In the paper, we introduced the current techniques used to enhance membrane permeation flux, analyzed the theory of permeation flux significantly enhanced by gas/liquid two-phase flow, the development of its theory and problems probably met in application. In water treatment, the application of gas/liquid two-phase flow used to enhance membrane permeation will be more and more.
