摘要
洪灾灾情评估对防汛救灾具有重要的意义。本文基于RS、GIS技术构建了洪灾损失评估信息系统数据库、系统结构及其功能。其中数据库建设是整个洪灾灾情评估信息系统的基础,包括遥感影像数据库、GIS数据库、社会经济信息数据库;洪灾损失评估信息系统包括四个模块:遥感分析模块、GIS分析模块、损失评估模块和结果输出模块;本文对各模块的功能分别进行了阐述。
Evaluating the losses of flood disaster is one of the impostor things in flood-proof. Based on KS and GIS technologies, this paper brings forward the construction of database, structure and functions of information system of evaluating losses of flood disaster. Furthermore, the database construcrion includes three main databases;database of remote sense images, GIS database, social and economic database; the structure of the information system is composed of four modules： RS analysis, GIS analysis, evaluation on losses, resuh output. Finally this paper illustrates the functions of each module.
