摘要
推进食品安全管制是政府的主要职责之一。中国政府推进食品安全管制的动力主要是国际社会环境压力、国际贸易需要、消费者需求以及政府自身履行职责的需要等。同时,中国政府在推进食品安全管制中还面临着产业结构二元化、收入分配不平等、经济条件差以及技术条件弱等方面的制约因素。必须适应食品安全管制的国际发展趋势,采取积极的应对之策。
It is one of the main responsibilities of governments to propel the food safety regulation. The principal impetus of propelling food safety regulation for Chinese government include pressures of international society, requirement of international trade, need of consumer and need to perform responsibility of government. At the process to propel the food safety regulation, Chinese governments face some difficulties and resistances which arc dual industrial structure, inequality of income distribution, weakness of economic and technological conditions and so on. It is necessary to apply positive countermeasures adapting to the international trend of food safety regulation.
