摘要
涤纶长丝生产工艺中丝道温度要求为恒温,用单片机、结合PID算法以及多路控制技术对磷苯热箱丝道进行恒温控制,满足了生产工艺中的恒温要求。系统中对各路温控点设计了PID数据初值,减少了各路温控点控制可控硅导通截止的占空比达到平衡的时间,从而减少了温度达到平衡的时间。在软件中将PID计算过程与计算结果的处理分开,两者巧妙结合,实现了对多路温控点的PID恒温控制。该系统投入实际运行后,可靠稳定,使用效果良好。
The technology of the terylene silk production requires the constant temperature in the silk path of phosphorus benzene hot box, and it is satisfied by using one-chip computer, technique of multiple channel PID control, in each channel, design initial values of PID control,it will reduce the time of reaching the stability of SCR parameter,and so it will reduce the time of reaching the stability of temperature. In the software of this system the process of PID calculation was separated with the action of PID control, both reasonable combination realize the multiple channel PID control. In practical rtm this system is stable and reliable.
