摘要
面向家纺企业的iS-ERP系统中的生产调度子系统主要解决家纺企业生产流程的管理和调度问题,文章从系统设计目标、业务流程和功能三个方面重点介绍了它的设计方案,以及用模板开发该子系统的实现技术.结果证明该子系统不仅可以作为iS-ERP的一个重要组成部分,也可以自成体系.它继承和延续了iS-ERP系统的良好特点,是基于B/S体系结构、与平台无关、具有较好的延展性和鲁棒性,并对企业供应链提供足够支持的较完美系统.实际应用数据结果显示该系统具有较强的实用性,具有广阔的应用前景.
In order to solve production management and scheduling problems in a kind of textile enterprise, this paper mainly describes and discuss the production scheduling management subsystem in iS-ERP facing to textile enterprise. The design technique is introduced in three aspects： the system goal, business flow, and system functions. The implementation of this system based on template is also introduced. It has been proved that it not only an independent system and works as a part of iS-ERP, but also inherits and extends the fine characteristics of iS-ERP. It is implemented based on B/S architecture and is a platform-independent and robust system. At the same time, it supports SCM well. The practical application data show that this system has a good practicability and could be applied widely.
