摘要
有限元法是在工程分析中获得广泛应用的数值方法。阐明了用有限元法分析计算机床主轴组件刚度的步骤和方法,介绍了弹簧单元和考虑剪切变形的梁单元的刚度矩阵,简述了有限元分析软件ANSYS的方程求解器的使用。用软件ANSYS,对CK6132数控车床主轴组件进行了刚度计算和切削稳定性判别。
The finite element method becomes currently computational methods, which is widely used in the engineering structure. It expounds finite element analysis procedures of static stiffness on spindle unit of the machine tool, introduces the stiffness matrices of spring element and beam dement, takes the spindle unit static stiffness of CK6132 as an example, analyzes the spindle machining stability of CK6132 with Ansys.
