摘要
外来物种入侵被认为是威胁生物多样性的一个全球性环境问题,并且已经给我国的生态、经济和社会造成了巨大的损失。我国应当吸收、借鉴国际和世界先进国家关于此方面的立法经验,结合我国立法实际,构建外来物种入侵的法律调整机制,保护国家生态安全。
The Mien species invasion is regarded as a global environmental problem of threatening the biological diversification, which has caused tremendous loss in the ecology, economy and the society. We should absorb the advanced countries＇ legislative experience and establish the legal adjusting mechanism according to our country＇ s legislation, so as to protect our county＇ s biology safty.
