摘要
通过小波分析对采集的船用柴油机铁谱磨粒图像进行处理,提取其统计特征参数,并用于船用柴油机磨合过程的评价.结果表明,左、右主机铁谱磨粒图像的统计特征参数小于2#发电机铁谱磨粒图像的统计特征参数.统计特征参数的变化规律反映了船用柴油机的磨合质量,即在设定的磨合期内的磨合质量优于2#发电机的磨合质量,该方法分析结果与实船拆检结果一致,为柴油机磨合研究提供了新的方法.
Based on wavelet analysis, a study on running-in process oI diesel engine has been conauctea. Firstly, the wear particle images were decomposed by wavelet decomposition. Then a characterizing parameter has been calculated by means of wavelet decomposition. It was shorted that the charactetizing parameters of main engine are less than that of No. 2 generator. In conclusion, the running-in quality of left and right main diesel engine was better than No. 2 generator after a running-in operation of 1880 hrs. Accordingly, the result of wavelet analysis was consistent with overhaul measure, and thereby a new method of research on diesel engine has been provided.
