摘要
探讨剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的预防和护理方法。通过对52例剖宫产患者腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的原因分析,认为要做好充分的术前准备,术中密切观察病情,采取适当的护理措施,可预防或减少腰硬联合麻醉下仰卧位低血压综合征的发生。
Study on the preventive treatments and nursing intervention of supine hypotensive syndrome under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia for caesarean section. Analysed the reasons of 52 cases with eaesaresn section for supine hypotensive syndrome under combined spinal and epidural anesthesia, this thesis puts forwards some feasible adviees as following： full preparations prior to the surgeries, close observation of the patients＇ condition during the surgeries and the adoption of appropriate nursing intervention.
