摘要
目的:对尿道下裂患者给予护理及对家长全面的指导,使其能正确对待疾病,积极配合治疗,减少并发症的发生,提高手术成功率。方法:不同年龄的患者及父母给予心理支持,重视术前护理及术后康复护理;配合合理的饮食及康复指导,防止并发症发生。结果:所有患者及家属都能积极配合手术,顺利完成治疗。结论:在尿道下裂治疗中护理工作占有十分重要的地位,加强对患者及家长的护理有利于提高治疗效果。
Objective： To improve operative successful rate and decrease complications of hypospadias operation by providing the patients and his parents overall nursing care to obtain their cooperation. Methods： To administer the children and parents psychological support, and pay more attention on the care of drainage tubes and perinesl cleaning, supplying with appropriate diet and rehabilitation instructions, Results： The patients and families could cooprate the operation actively, so the therapy could finish successfully, Conclusions： Nursing care plays a remarkably important role in the therapy of hypospadias, which should be strengthened in clinic practices.
