摘要
在二氯乙烷/水两相溶剂体系中,用奎宁为拆分试剂,经由生成非对映异构的盐,成功地拆分了(±)顺、反式混合菊酸1.奎宁与(±)-1的摩尔比为0.65∶1.当(±)-1的顺/反比为26∶74或17∶83时,均能用此拆分方法得到满意的拆分结果.拆分产物(+)-反式-1的顺/反比为8∶92,旋光纯度为92%.
Mixture of (±)-cis-and trans-chrysanthemic acid 1 wassuccessfully resolved into (+)-trans-1 and (-)-trans-1 viathe diastereomeric salts by using quinine as resolution reagentin two-phase solvent system, 1, 2-dichloroethane/water. The molarratio, 1: 0. 65,of mixture of (±)-1 and quinine was used inthis resolution method. When the ets/trans ratio of (±)-1 isequal to 17: 83 or 26: 74,the resolution product (+)-trans-1 with 92% optical purity and ets/trans ratio, 8: 92,can be smoothly obtained.
