摘要
细绿萍在铅、汞蒸馏水溶液中对铅的吸收净化能力大于汞,测出最小致死浓度pb15ppm;Hg10ppm.净化效果与重金属种类、浓度、植物器官、放养时间和放养量等有关.过量铅和汞使细绿萍根系生长发育受阻,叶绿素含量下降,并对体内可溶性蛋白产生影响.净化途径除体内固定转化外,根系分泌物的束缚作用可在体外产生净化效应.
In pure water, the purifying ability of Azolla filiculoides Lamk to Ph is superior to Hg, their minimal lethal concentrations are Ph 15ppm and Hg 10ppm respectively. The purifying effect is associated with metal kind, metal concentration, different tissue, cultivation time and quantity of Azolla. With excess Ph and Hg, the growth of Azolla is inhibited, the content of chlorophyll decreases and soluble proteins are affected in some degree. In addition to the accumulation in vivo, heavy metals in water can also be fixed by exudates of Azolla in vitro.
