摘要
介绍了一种研制利用植物油配制的代用柴油的过程,作者在充分研究植物油和柴油物化性质异同的情况下,主要对植物油的粘度进行了改良,前者主要采用乳化的方法,并对乳化的配方进行了正交实验,以此获得最佳的乳化配方,使乳化油更加稳定和具有一定的热稳定性.在代用柴油的台架实验中,证实了我们对植物油的改良是合理的,取得了预期的效果.以上事实说明利用未开发廉价植物油生产代用柴油是可行的.
A process in which plant oil is usecl to produce diesel fuel alternative is introduced.The similarity and difference between the physicaal chemistry characteristics of plant oil and diesel fuel is studied,and the viscosity of plant oil is improved.The compound oil is emnsified to make atomizing well in desiel cylinder,and cross experiment design is used to choose the best formula which means that emusified compound has certain stability at different temperatures.The compound oil is used in engine and it is proved that improvement of plant oil is rational and the pridicted goal is achieved.
