摘要
扭转振动可以看作轴的回转运动的相位调制,如果能从回转轴上检测出编码脉冲,那么,在一定条件下,对编码脉冲的相位解调就可提取出扭转振动信号.实现这一分析过程的有效方法是利用傅里叶变换和希尔伯特变换将实编码信号变为复信号,分解出该复信号的相位分量,从而得到扭转振动的角位移─时间历程以及频谱.本文介绍这一方法的原理及实际分析结果.
Torsional vibration can be considered as a phase modulation of a uniform shaft rotation.if a shaft encoder signal is available from a rotating shaft then phase demodulation of this signal gives the torsional vibration,given certain conditions.An efficient way of this process is to apply Fourier Transform and Hilbert Transform to construct the analytic signal corresponding to a measured real encoder signal,and decompose it into amplitude and phase modulation components.The principles of this approach is discussed and some analysis results are presented.
