摘要
采用实验、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,运用SCL90临床症状自评量表和社会适应自评问卷,分析高校体育课中引入拓展理念对大学生进行训练,从而改善其心理素质的可行性。结果发现:实验前后大学生在人际关系敏感、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑4个因子上呈现显著性差异。表明:在高校体育课中,合理运用现有资源与环境,采用专门设计的训练项目,让大学生经历心理挑战的拓展训练,能提高大学生的心理健康水平和社会适应能力。
Based on the research methods of experiment, questionnaire, interview, using SCLgO clinical-symptom- self-evaluating scale and social-adaptation-self-evaluating questionnaire, it studied how it could or couldn' t improve university students'psychological diathesis to apply Out-word Pound idea to the training in P. E. course of institutions of higher learning, The findings are that there are remarkable differences in university students' four factors of relationship sensitivity, hodification, depression and anxiety before and after the experiment, which indicates that it can raise tmiversity students' psychological health level and improve their social adaptive ability to rationally select and utilize the existing resources and environment, adopt specially designed training events and let the students undergo Out-word of being challenged psychologically in P.E. course of universities and colleges.
