女子摔跤运动员减重训练期营养水平及血液生化指标变化 被引量:9

Nutritional Level and Change of Blood Biochmical Indications of Female Wrestlers in Their Training Period with Reducing Body Weight

摘要 采用实验法,了解女子摔跤运动员减重训练阶段膳食营养水平和血液生化指标的变化。结果显示:在减重训练期,运动员体内的蛋白质、碳水化合物、维生素A及钙等摄取不足,且血清钙、铁水平下降,而血清尿素含量和肌酸激酶活性显著升高。提示:通过限制饮食减重期间,要注意蛋白质、钙、铁及维生素的补充,同时在此期间营养生化的监控有助于科学合理的减重。 It used the experimental method to reveal female wrestlers' nutritional level of food and change of blood biochenaical indications during their training phase with reducing body weight. The results show that in the period of training with redueing body weight through limitation of energe, the wrestlers' intake of protein, carbohydrate, vitamin A, calcium etc. is insufficient, and the level of serum calcium and iron have decreased, while the content of serum urea and the activity of creatine kinase have increased significantly, which reveal that in theperiod of reducing body weight by limiting the intake of food, it is necessary to pay attention to the supplement of protein, calcium, iron and vitamine, and nutritional and biochmical monitor is good for scientific and rational reduction of body weight.
