摘要
为保证煤码头煤炭取料机工作安全,研究了超声波接近开关的端点定位和编码器计数端点区间内定位相配合的定位系统工作原理和实现方法。设计的超声波接近开关电路可以在允许检测的开关范围内调节开关动作范围,保证了检测的精确性。此系统结构简单实用,易于实现,具有一定的应用价值。
Study the principle and implemental method of the locating system, in order to ensuring work of materials-seized machine. The locating system takes advantage of cooperation of ultrasonic sensor' space point locating and encode counting system' interspace locating. Ultrasonic sensor can adjust switch range in allowably detected switch range. The structures are simple and useful and achievable, and also has some applicative value.
