摘要
应用半导体激光器和线阵CCD图像传感器在线监测印刷机纸堆升降并自动更换纸堆的方法,设计了一个由半导体激光器、准直光学系统、成像物镜、线阵CCD、A/D数据采集以及计算机控制电路组成的监测系统,同时对系统的测量范围和测量误差还进行了分析。当印刷机供纸系统的堆纸板到达最高位置时,系统会停止堆纸板运动并控制不停机续纸装置开始工作,实现对印刷机供纸系统的自动化控制。
A method monitoring the paper feeding-up on-line and controlling the paper platform automatically using semiconductor laser and CCD image sensor is proposed. A monitoring system that consists of semiconductor laser sensor, optic system, imaging field lens, CCD, A/D data collection equipment and compurer control circuit IS designed ancl the measurement range and error of this system are also analyzed. The system will stop the movement of the paper platform when the plateform moves to reach its top limit. But the printing machine does not stop to feed-up paper and realize to control automatically the paper feeding up in the proess of production.
